MUSCADET WINEMAKERS

We conducted a shoot in the picturesque Loire Valley for the Muscadet Winemakers, capturing both videos and photos that told the story of this renowned wine region. The project involved a series of short videos with the depth and richness of a full documentary, featuring key figures in the appellation such as Jo Landron, Luneau Papin, and Jerome Bretaudeau.

Extensive editorial work was done beforehand, crafting thoughtful questions and building a compelling narrative that would resonate with audiences. Our goal was to honor the profound, sometimes poetic, insights of the winemakers while keeping the content concise and engaging.

Visually, we sought innovative ways to film the vineyard, a subject often covered but rarely from fresh perspectives. The creative use of drone footage allowed us to capture the sweeping beauty of the landscape and the intricate details of vineyard life from new angles. We also focused on portraying the authentic, rugged reality of farming, juxtaposed with the warmth and joy in the winemakers’ smiles. The result was a series of visuals and stories that not only showcased the craft of Muscadet winemaking but also the deep connection these winemakers have with their land and traditions.
